They would never agree to teams spending under the salary floor. They were bamboozled.
 
Hearing that we are about $3 Mil under the cap for now. Weird. We've had no restructures. No one has been released. And no one is saying anything.

That's a quick $5 Mil turnaround for no apparent reason.

Well the cap is 123 now...wasn't it supposed to be 121?
